Village of Hamilton
Airpark

The Village of Hamilton, New York, offers commercial sites adjacent to the village-owned Hamilton Municipal Airport, just a mile from downtown.

Acquired by the village with FAA assistance, the site is flat, well-drained land adjacent to Hamilton Municipal Airport. The Hamilton Airpark site is ideally suited to the development of light industry or business services. A site plan will assure that all lots in the village-owned park are developed to common standards.

Qualified businesses have access to:
- The amenities of life in a small town, home to Colgate University, one of the nation's top liberal arts colleges
- A highly educated work force and competitive wage scale
- Extremely affordable municipal power - rates typically 60 percent below those in surrounding areas
- Public water and sewer
- Empire Zone Credits, which include wage tax credit, investment tax credit, employee incentive credits, etc. may be available.
- A state-of-the-art health care delivery system, including a community-based hospital.
