PCD Board of Directors

The Partnership has a nine member Board of Directors. The Mayor of the Village of Hamilton, the Town of Hamilton Supervisor and the President of Colgate University each nominate one position. The remaining Board positions are drawn from the community-at-large. The board’s make up is intended to reflect the geographic reach of the organization, our focus on community vitality and its ongoing commitment to the collaboration between the Town and Village of Hamilton, Colgate University and community residents.

The board holds its annual meeting each June and is required to meet an additional four times during the year. The board has also organized into several committees, including Operations, Fundraising, Planning etc.. The Operations Committee meets monthly while other committee meetings take place as needed throughout the year.
