Cabin Fever explodes with dynamic activities for the community to celebrate the winter wonderland. Taste the best chili as prepared and served (free samples) by local restaurants in the Chili Contest, decorate a colorful sled or wagon and march in The ColorBURST Parade, or dress your canine for the Faithful Friends Canine Costume Contest. Crowds delight with activities such as: BURSTS of Winter (“explosive” experiments), snow sculpturing, maple sugaring demonstrations, family games and activities, crafts, and barbecued chicken sold by the Hamilton Lion's Club. The most recent addition to Cabin Fever is the Create A Cabin contest, co-sponsored with the Historical Preservation and Restoration Association of Greater Hamilton. Anyone can create a cabin and enter it in the contest, or vote for their favorite cabin to help choose one cabin as the “People’s Choice” award. Cabin Fever sizzles with great family fun!
