Without the generous fiscal support and human resources of our three founding sponsors- Colgate University, The Town of Hamilton and the Village of Hamilton - the PCD would not be able to continue with the progress made in its short history, nor pursue the initiatives put forth under the GHEDP. In addition, to our founding sponsors, the PCD seeks and receives funding from federal and state agencies, area foundations, associations and individual donors. Alliance Bank, NA also continues to provide free office space at their downtown Hamilton location to house the Partnership office and staff.
